The Vehicle SmartCard System is implemented through a vehicle service card which is issued to a customer upon purchase of a new vehicle. The service card features include manufacturer and warranty information, vehicle service data, and loyalty point accumulation. The Vehicle SmartCard stores the customer's information, vehicle service history and details of loyalty transactions. The integrated system allows customers to accumulate and redeem loyalty points at multiple service centres. The Smart Card technology facilitates the accumulation of loyalty points for vehicle servicing and customer referrals adhering to a predefined criteria and issues redeemable coupons.

The Vehicle SmartCard System includes four modules with an integrated system facilitating the utilities for all users in both accessing and monitoring the system. The sales module is utilized by the dealer at point of sale to facilitate personalization of the card, importing of vehicle data and warranty information. The service module is utilized by the service centre to update vehicle service data, import and update warranty information.
